We want you to be thrilled with your 3D printed table lamp! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the terms below.
Return & Exchange Window
- Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date (when the shipment arrives).
- Refunds will be issued at the original selling price back to your original account. (Note: Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our error, such as wrong item or damage in transit.)
- No refunds or exchanges are available after 30 days from delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in the same condition as received.
- Please return in the original packaging (including any protective materials) whenever possible — this helps us minimize waste and recycle responsibly.
- All tags, accessories, and parts must be included.
How to Return or Exchange

- We'll send return instructions and a prepaid label if applicable (e.g., for defective items).
- Ship the item back securely using the provided method.
- After we receive and inspect it (typically 5–10 business days), we'll process your refund or exchange.
Exceptions – Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items The following are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

"Seconds" or Blemished Items —
Due to the handmade nature of 3D printing, minor variations and small imperfections (such as layer lines, slight surface texture, minor color variations, or small printing artifacts) are normal characteristics of the production process and do not affect functionality, safety, or overall quality. These are not considered defects.
- International Orders — All shipments outside Canada are final sale only (due to high return shipping, customs, and logistics costs).
- Products purchased from third-party retailers (e.g., partner stores or marketplaces) — Must be returned to the original place of purchase.
- Personalized or custom-made items (if you offer any).
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- If your lamp arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We'll arrange a free replacement, full refund (including original shipping), or repair at no extra cost to you.
Additional Important Notes
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is for a defect, damage during shipping, or our error (in which case we provide a prepaid label and cover the cost).
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve the return. It may take your bank or payment provider additional time (up to 10 business days) to reflect the credit in your account.
- All decisions are at our discretion based on the policy and inspection.
