We are proud to offer free standard shipping within Canada for eligible orders shipped to most major cities and surrounding areas in the 10 provinces.

  • Free standard shipping applies to orders shipped to addresses in the contiguous provinces (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador — excluding remote or northern regions).
  • Free shipping is not available for the following areas due to extremely high logistics costs:
    • Yukon
    • Northwest Territories
    • Nunavut
    • Most remote northern communities, island locations, or areas classified as "remote" or "extended" by our shipping carriers (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

For orders shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or any remote/extended areas:

  • Free shipping does not apply.
  • Additional shipping fees (remote area surcharges) will be required.
  • We may contact you after you place the order to confirm the exact shipping cost, provide a quote, or suggest alternative options (such as local pickup points if available).
  • In some cases, we may be unable to ship to certain extremely remote locations.

All shipping rates and availability are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. Final shipping costs are determined by the carrier's real-time rates, package dimensions, weight, and destination.

Standard Shipping Details

  • Standard shipping: Typically 4–10 business days (varies by location).
  • We do not offer express shipping as a default free option.
  • Shipping is via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx (depending on order size, weight, and destination).
  • We ship only to physical addresses (no P.O. Boxes for free shipping eligibility in some cases).
